The manager Chris does not return phone calls and is not honest, that is more of a compliment than he deserves. I won't return to your dealership again because of him. The saleswoman Jessica was friendly but seemed very inexperienced. Easy tasks took too long for her to complete. Lots of mistakes along the way. Temporary plates were generated, but aren't needed because plates transfer/go with the owner in Wisconsin no bid deal but my time it took to generate them was wasted. My Chevrolet points weren't applied to the purchase per my request. They forgot to get the lein holder information for my traded vehicle. Again their problem not mine unprofessional all the same. I'm hoping that the registration papers were filed correctly, but it is too early to verify with the state. In the end a mathematical error on the purchase agreement voided the $ Chris tried to weasel me out of. I wrote out a check for purchase amount he agreed to days prior. Serves him right for trying to screw me on my trade value. Chris was so tasteless he wouldn't look up from the front desk he was sitting at while I wrote out the check on the other side. Not even a thank you as I walked out the door with the keys to the new truck. At least Jessica said thank you. Too bad she (anybody) has to work for a terrible manager.

Great service got in timely matter got my Yukon fixed in a timely matter great customer service all around. Very pleasant to talk with. They even delivered my Yukon to my house which helped tremendously especially since I had an infant and no one to drive me to pick it up. Explained how much and what was wrong. Great service!!

Nice people. Very patient people. Helped me with skill my questions and with financing. I'd drive this far again just to get another vehicle. The process went from looking to buying a vehicle 2 hours away from my house.

I couldn't get into my vehicle one morning because the door locks wouldn't work but Olson's came to my house, unlocked my car and had it fixed within the same day! Couldn't have ask for better customer service! These guys are great!
